Aside from drugs for fever or pain, most over-the-counter products haven’t actually been studied in children for effectiveness, safety, or dosing. In a recent poll conducted by University of Michigan C.S. Pharmacosomes: A novel method of Colloidal dispersions in Drug Delivery

One of the most recent advancements in the domain of solubility enhancement lead to the development of pharmacosomes, a novel lipid based drug delivery system. Pharmacosomes are the colloidal dispersions of drugs covalently bound to lipids, and may exist as ultrafine vesicular, Micellar, or hexagonal aggregates, depending on the chemical structure of drug-lipid complex. This system shows low entrapment efficiency and drug leakage during storage for hydrophilic drugs. Pharmacosomes have some importance in escaping the tedious steps of removing the free from entrapped drug. Similar to other vesicular system pharmacosomes provide an efficient method for delivery of drug directly to the site of infection, leading to reduction of drug toxicity with no adverse effects also reduces the cost of therapy by improved bioavailability of medication, especially in case of poorly soluble drugs. Pharmacosomes are suitable for incorporating both hydrophilic and lipophilic drugs. One of the most recent advancements in the domain of solubility enhancement lead to the development of pharmacosomes, a novel lipid based drug delivery system.

Proniosomes: a novel provesicular drug carier

Proniosomes can be ready using appropriate service provider among the different providers such as maltodextrin, sorbitol, lactose, mannitol, magnesium metal silicate, microcrystalline cellulose. Approaches to strengthen niosomal medication distribution program without impacting its qualities of benefits have led to the growth of the appealing medication service provider, proniosomes. Proniosomes is dry ingredients using suitable carrier covered with non ionic surfactants and can be turned into niosomes instantly before use by water. These proniosome-derived niosomes are as excellent as or even better than traditional niosomes. The concentrate of this evaluation is to carry out different factors relevant to proniosomes planning, depiction, entrapment performance, in vitro medication launch, programs and benefits.

Synthesis and biological evaluation of some new amino Benzo Thiazoles and their Schiff's bases

Heterocyclic systems are one of the most important classes of organic compounds present in nature or synthesized in the laboratory. These compounds possess an array of biological activities and are employed in the treatment of commonly occurring diseases. Literature survey revealed that amino benzthiazoles possess biological activities like antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory. This work is an endeavor in this direction of synthesis and characterization of such compounds based on IR, 1H NMR and Mass spectroscopy. The anti-microbial screening of synthesized compounds has also been included .An attempt was made to synthesize six Amino benzthiazoles on condensation of Ammonium thiocyanate with various substituted anilines. The resulting amino benzthiazoles after purification and characterization by physical and spectral methods reacted with twelve different Aromatic/Hetero aromatic Aldehydes to yield Schiff's Bases corresponding to them.
