0.1g of lemon leaf, bark, root and fruit juice extracts were carefully weighed and used for titration in a bid to compare their various vitamin C contents. The following results were obtained; for lemon leaf juice extract 1.21x10-1, lemon fruit juice extract 7.8 l0 x 10-2, lemon bark juice extract 9.00x10-3 the vitamin C content of the lemon leaf juice extract ranked the highest, followed by the fruit juice, while the vitamin C content of both the bark and root showed same value.
Comparative genomics of closely related bacterial isolates is a powerful method for uncovering virulence properties, metabolic activities and other important genome elements along with evolutionary patterns. For microorganisms, the cellular machinery is dominated by the central dogma processes. The regulation of these genes is simple, groups of genes, regulations, are controlled simultaneously from short regulatory regions and a majority of the genome is translated. Moreover, the limited physical sizes , small and compact genomes of prokaryotes, has lead to more perceptive results after the comparative genome analysis in compare with eukaryotes. The present study we analysed the complete genome sequence of reported five different species of Borrelia inclusive of pathogenic and nonpathogenic species. Comparative genome analysis of the organisms within same species not only shows a high degree of similarity of gene content and organization, but also a high degree of sequence heterogeneity. Genome sequence comparisons under this study divulge the most common and diverse genes, proteins within Borrelia species. The genomes of these species are closely related and are evolutionarily approximately equidistant. Comparative genome analysis between the five species showed that B. afzelii PKo was more closely related with B. burgdorferi JD1 than with B. garinii BgVir , B. valaisiana VS116.

Herba Andrographidis consists of the dried aerial parts of Andrographis paniculata (Burm. f.) Nees (Acanthaceae). Andrographis paniculata is extremely bitter in taste in all parts of the plant body. The plant is known in north-eastern India as Maha-tita, literally "king of bitters", and known by various vernacular names. Maximum herb biomass can be obtained in 90-100 days beyond which leaves start shedding. Crop remains dormant in winter. At the time of flower initiation active principal andrographolide is high in leaves. Since the whole plant contains active principals, entire harvested material is dried in shade and powdered.It has more medicinal values especially Prophylaxis and symptomatic treatment of upper respiratory infections, such as the common cold and uncomplicated sinusitis, bronchitis and pharyngotonsillitis, lower urinary tract infections and acute diarrhea.
The organs in our body are made up of cells. Cells divide and multiply as the body needs them. When these cells continue multiplying when the body doesn't need them, the result is a mass or growth, also called a tumor. These growths are considered either benign or malignant. Benign is considered non-cancerous and malignant is cancerous. Benign tumors rarely are life threatening and do not spread to other parts of the body. They can often be removed. Malignant tumors, often invade nearby tissue and organs, spreading the disease.
